1 |  PAYMENT TERMS

We accept payment via credit card through stripe.

If you are a buyer from Ohio, the Ohio 7.25% sales tax rate will be applied to your order in conjunction with state sales tax laws.

2 |  SHIPPING

All domestic items are shipped with USPS first class mail, which has a delivery time of anywhere from 1-6 days. All items are packaged and sent out into the mail 3-5 business days after an order is placed.  Once the package is out of our hands, we cannot control or guarantee timing with USPS.

If you would prefer expedited shipping, please contact us after you have placed your order. 

If an order has been returned to us due to an error in name or address, we are happy to re-ship the item, however customers are responsible for paying a second shipping fee to cover additional shipping.  

If an order has been marked as delivered, we are unable to provide replacement items.

3 |  REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to cancel your order within 12 hours of placement if your order has not already been shipped. If an item is lost in USPS mail and is not marked as delivered, we will happily refund you the cost or ship you a new item free of charge once 15 business days have passed, simply let us know that you haven't received your package and will process a new package for delivery.

If you have received a damaged item, we offer the choice of your money back or a replacement item at no cost.  Please send an image of the damaged item to katie@limnhousedesign.com.

After seven days of an item being marked as delivered, we do not offer returns or refunds. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items sold at clearance or discount.
